Ernst, Ray

Ray Ernst began umpiring in the early 1930's and umpired in the first ASA National tournament in 1933. Ray Ernst had the first slow pitch rule book printed in 1953 and was the Slow Pitch Umpire-In-Chief for the ASA from 1956-1964.
